Delivery & Pick Up
Thank you so much for your business. The next step after order confirmation is to establish a timeline for a delivery or pick-up. At FAO Cabinetry, we strive to ensure a timely delivery for your order. Our trucks are operated by experienced drivers and assistants to guarantee a safe delivery of your new cabinets!

We make deliveries exclusively on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. While there may be limited availability for deliveries on Saturday, it is not guaranteed. We always strive to accommodate our clients' preferred delivery days and schedules; however, due to factors beyond our control, we may not always be able to fulfill specific day requests. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Your delivery will be coordinated by your sales representative. Once an order is confirmed, they will ask you your preferred timeline for delivery or pick up. Contact information such as an address and phone number will be needed to make a delivery, please ensure your sales rep has the most accurate information. If the information is not accurate, this may delay your delivery.
- You will be contacted at least 1 business day before to reconfirm the scheduled delivery. Should you need to reschedule, please advise at this time.
- On the day of the delivery, please keep your phone close to you as possible. Your delivery person will advise you at least 30 minutes before their arrival. Please have the delivery area clear and ready for the delivery.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule the delivery at least 1 business day before the scheduled date.
- Our drivers are instructed to wait 30 minutes at a stop. If contact is not made with our driver or sales representative, the delivery will be rescheduled.
We only service Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Iowa.
Curbside Delivery (Starts at $150)
- Curbside is the only delivery option we have at the moment.
- Our driver will not move items into a specific location. (This includes an active or inactive work/project site.)
- Should you need our driver to move an item into an active work/project site, please coordinate this with your sales representative as there is an additional fee for this service depending on the quantity and difficulty of this task.
- Items will be delivered in a garage, parking lot or designated delivery area.
- Delivery fee of $150 is for the general northeastern area of Illinois. Fee may increase with distance.
Pick Up ($0)
- Your items will be ready to pick-up on a designated date. Please coordinate with your sales representative.
- Item(s) can be loaded onto your vehicle for you.
- Once you are in possession of the item and leave our parking lot, you are responsible for ensuring that it is not damaged on the way home. Assembled cabinets are checked for quality and damage before packaging, so any damage afterwards is not our responsibility. For unassembled (flatbox) orders, please make a claim if item is damaged.
- Due to insurance reasons, pick up will be made at the showroom. Warehouse is closed to the public.

- Illinois: $150+
- Southeastern Wisconsin: $150+
- North/Central Wisconsin: $300+
- West Indiana: $200+
- Central/East Indiana: $300-$400+
- Iowa: $250+
- Michigan: $300+
Downtown delivery surcharge: $50
